Summer of 2012

White – Pure, dazzling white is an eternal summer favourite and always in vogue. (Match it with beige, pale grey or khaki trousers at work.)

Lace – Add a touch of femininity and romance to your dresses and tops with a froth of lace at the collar, sleeves or down the front. Try lace shorts for a fun look.

Fun paisleys and powerful prints – The tiny florals have taken a back seat and we have lush botanicals to bold animal prints to pretty polka dots. They are fun to wear… but only one print piece per outfit please – this piece could be your shirt or skirt or scarf!
Retro styles – Are back as a homage to the glamour of the 70’s by YSL and the 40’s style pant suit.
Mad about plaid – Plaid, hound’s-tooth, and checks are everywhere, especially on skirts and trousers. The colors are neutral making them easy to pair with vivid jewel tones. Or go subtle and pair your plaid skirt with a classic white blouse or shirt.
